Terms of Business

These Terms of Business govern all orders, quotations, and communications between Azgana Herbs and our clients. By placing an order or requesting private labeling, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Commitment

Azgana Herbs supplies clean, premium-grade natural products for bulk and private-label use. All materials are processed hygienically, stored safely, and handled with care to maintain their natural properties.

2. Orders & Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
  • We start production or packaging only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
  • All private-label designs and packaging proofs must be approved in writing before production.
  • No Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to materials. However, packaging and printing suppliers may have their own MOQ limits.

3. Payments

  • Samples: 100% advance payment (sample material is often free; shipping cost is paid by the buyer).
  • Material Supply Only: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch.
  • Private Label Orders: 60% advance, 40% before dispatch.
  • Production or shipping will not begin until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide worldwide delivery via air or sea. Shipping is a separate service and charged as per freight company rates.

  • By Air: Best for small to medium orders; delivery within 8–14 days depending on destination.
  • By Sea: For orders above 500 kg; lead time 45–80 days based on country.
  • Clients may also arrange their own freight; we will deliver to their nominated warehouse or forwarder.
  • We handle customs clearance for both sides when shipping by sea, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Warehousing & Stock Holding

We offer free warehousing for 45 days for printed materials and packaging. After that period, storage charges may apply.

  • Stock will be released only against clear payment and dispatch instructions.
  • Azgana Herbs is not responsible for delays or damage after the free storage period expires.

6. Product Quality & Inspection

Every batch is inspected before dispatch. Clients are advised to check the shipment upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.

Quality claims must include photo/video proof and batch number. We may offer replacement, credit, or partial refund after review. See our Return & Replacement Policy for details.

7. Custom & Private Label Orders

  • Customized packaging, labeling, and printed materials are non-refundable once approved for production.
  • Designs provided by clients remain their property; Azgana Herbs will not reproduce or use them elsewhere.
  • Likewise, our packaging templates, designs, and videos remain our intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.

8. Pricing & Currency

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change based on material cost, packaging type, or exchange rate fluctuations. The final invoice amount will be confirmed before dispatch.

9. Confidentiality & Brand Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your brand name, design, and pricing. Likewise, clients must not share Azgana Herbs’ prices, designs, or supplier details with third parties.

10. Liability

Azgana Herbs is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by freight companies, customs clearance issues, or misuse of the product after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the specific invoice.

11. Legal & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably through discussion and written communication. If unresolved, the matter shall be handled under Pakistan’s commercial trade laws in the jurisdiction of Lahore.
